We can lodge a complaint and get ASIC involved with ALT (formally Steppes Partners and have controlling shareholdings in Steppes Alternatives and Steppes PE) as they are registered in Australia and are a public non listed Company - this means they have various obligations and responsibilities to shareholders under the Corps Act. One of these is distributing annual reports with audited accounts to shareholders and annual general meetings.
I think we need to put whatever pressure we can on getting Steppes PE prospectus lodged by end Sept and then take it from there.
