I've been assured that it's not but I still have concerns.

There was mention in an old email from Steppes about hiring an Investor Relations company to promote the stock to Institutions, maybe they don't currently have the support that they had hoped for from Instos to make it a successful listing. Hence the delays.
I have no idea , I'm clutching at straws here. Let's hope the latest info is true and we see it list in October.
