Yes..Invested three years ago when it was known as DFW and was due to list in June 2016. I get forwarded an email from APC securities every now and again quoting big returns or a notice of an imminent listing then hear nothing for another few months. I last received a notice in mid April but yet again we are way past the quoted timeline.
"As discussed the company will be releasing their Marchresults and making an announcement with regards to the listing within 48hours. At the same time the lawyers will finalize documents andcomplete their legal review before submitting to the regulators for approval ,this process will take 10/14 days . We have been advised that once submittedthat the shortest time it will take to get approval to list will be 21 days,and that the longest time it will take will be 45 days."
