Update 15/1/20As you are aware we sent out theSteppes PE annual report just before Christmas. As explained this isas at the 30th June 2019 and reported a net asset value of USD $55.02
per partnership interest, this isthe equivalent of USD $0.94 (AUD $1.37) for every Steppes share purchased. Asdiscussed the latest reported audited net asset values of the
other two components of the Steppesinvestment were as follows; Steppes Alternatives PLC USD $1.51 (AUD $2.20) andALT Financial Group Limited USD $2.38 (AUD $3.47).
Now that the financials for SteppesPE have been completed and signed off, work has commenced to complete theprospectus for the public listing of Steppes PE. They expect
this to be completed in the nexttwo weeks. Once this is complete the company will then be in a position to filewith the exchange, once it is filed with the exchange it will take
between 30-60 days to complete thelisting process and Steppes PE to commence publicly trading.
