I have successfully made contact with ICML's Mauritius based Company Secretary and Share Registrar - Safyr Utilis Ltd on the issue of missing share certificates and they replied quickly and have been very helpful.
They said that there is a 1st list of shareholders for the first share exchange thats happening now and then a second list for a second exchange planned after that.
I would advise anyone having trouble with ICML share certificates to contact them direct through the general email address [email protected] or phone number listed on their website.
