Recent news last week is that prospectus is done and being finalised through various meetings with the respective legal advisors - sounds reasonable as we go through a similar process in Australia for pre lodgement. But then again all the information given through this process has sounded reasonable at the time.
Start hounding who ever you know for info and updates is my suggestion.
