If you're looking at the range from (110831, 1230.71) to (120402, 1422.38), retracement levels are: 23.6% = 1377.14, 38.2% = 1349.16 (not sure where you get 1352 from), 50% = 1326.54.

Looking at the range from (111125, 1158.66) to (120402, 1422.38) 38.2% = 1321.64, maybe a little bit of confluence there between that and your 50% level and the level marked by my software.
