Maybe the poster got confused with the 130.mill. payment up front .... MGVS Situation TEVAS, financed them more that once so if they stand back and let MSB "take MGVS over " its fine with TEVA as they also hold sub 20% of MSB, And when you research what and where MGVS are at, it fits MSB,s goals like a silk glove and lets not forget the leader of this company is always on the front foot and many steps ahead of the competion ..These are my thoughts only ...Vin
