By all means I wasnt aware an AGM has a 2 months time limit on it to be called, if I knew, I would have suggested this as well.
My suggestion wasnt delaying any actions. It was a "wait and see" approach looking at the current circumstances.
When I said "no risk", this was more to do with my own position of holdings. I have bought the shares at an average low enough to make a profit regardless of the other factors like FX rates etc. I am in for the fight here together with most of the others who bought in above 2cents
If we want to go ahead with this AGM, we need a plan. We need to put down the goals that we want to ACHIEVE in the AGM and not just a Q&A session. We need to plan for Plan B if what we want to achieve in the AGM fails. We need to different actions that flows togother so that thses goals are achievable.
Asiasons/Lion/Infinity + SBL mgmt are tactical and so should we.
I will need to go thru the posts here and make logical decisions if I would partake in this. Hopefully I will have time tonight.
