Like the business plan, hate the balance sheet. Debt is very large, cash is very low.
Company unclear on how they are financing next large acquisition.
Management excellent credentials but do not have a large enough stake in company for my liking. Implies they will grow it for growth sake rather than value sake.
Dangerous time for company but could ultimately prove to be a big winner. Ive fluttered them a couple of times but prefer to sit it out until there is some clarity on funding
