Calrisian, I will be watching STP with interest. I have followed and been in and out of STP since they started out with this business and have been in regular contact with the Company Secretary during this time. Fundamentally, STP are going places in the medium to long term. Recently (over the past year) they have had many things in progress and you never had to wait too long for a reason to buy (when good news was expected). The main reason I sold STP this time was the expected delay now before and significant news. My theory being that there are other stock that can "be worked" while STP will go to sleep for a while. STP will still be making good proigress behind the scenes, consolidating and building up there recent aquisitions and new plant but this will not get people excited ATM in my view. I then looked at the technicals and factored in their recent issue at 46c. To me this added up to a realistic possible floor of 46+ (being optomistic perhaps but it fit my reasoning).
So in summary, If it gets back to the 30's I'll be in there boots & all! but I am not hoding my breath on a retracement of that magnitude.
Time will tell if any of us are right but suffice as to say that even if you simply hold your stock, you will see good growth over the next 12 months and beyond (over and above recent highs that is).
