Agree with your strategy of bailing and then waiting to see if support at 48 holds. Probably wont trade it till it gets back to its main trendline support around 35, but we'll both have to wait and see.
If the news flow really has dried up on this stock, or words gets around that there is no divvy, its hard to believe 48 will arrest a major fall.
Wait for high 30s and re-evaluate. Until then its a Sell IMO.
