You are quite correct in respect of his requirement to disclose..... it is a case of Voluntary Disclosure, and he has every right to be evasive and not answer the question.
However, as you well know, I dont care for his brand of delusional subject analysis, nor is there any secret to the workings of market depth arithmetic.
Whilever rampers such as him continue to post nonsense, there will be others who will honestly (and without self-interest) point out the falacious guff contained in their posts/systems/fantasies.
Of course, I could be mistaken and the broader market has been making higher highs for the past few months without me realising it lol. I suppose if you keep crowing about the next rally, eventually you will be right (even if only briefly)
