Just re-read the annoucement and MNM are alluding to a ILUA signing ceremony. So they are reasonably confident on resolving the issue.

and I think it's strong to assume the native owners would prefer royalty income from mining than a one off payment from Government.

Agree with others on here, another annoucement pre market open would help rid speculation, which will send this share price south tomorrow morning.

Think we still shouldn't lose sight of the fact that we are now the official owners of Mt Mulligan... a great day for MNM holders.
