You’d think it would be getting to a reasonable timeframe to expect an announcement re the mRNA approach to market. The Porter business might have delayed it a bit but I feel like Angus Taylor is a hands of ‘get things done’ kind of guy who won’t be shy to make decisions. Who knows, Morrison might want to announce it himself. Australia has also just committed to procuring another 20 million doses to give to our region - you’d think it would be positive if we were involved in the manufacture of these ourself? Not sure but it’s a possibility.
Anyone familiar with Gov processes here who might know what kind of timeframe they would have given themselves? Would an announcement by end of Sept be a possible timeframe?
