I understand that u have some issues with managements communication skills, some of them i agree with also.
I do think, however, you need to "pick your battles". No personal offence to you or your broker, but that last announcement re; redetermination was very straightforward, IMO.
As in any Co, small shareholders like you and i dont really have much of a voice and as such have to put our faith in management.
Management track record is one of the 1st things i look at when in the speccie end of the market, secondly i like to see that management has a large stake in the Co, as is the case in AVD in order that managements interests are alligned with those of other shareholders.
