The recent appointment of Nick Ong (who is a professional, experienced Co Sec with ASX experience) is a good sign. But I think this will take longer than expected (they always do) for a variety of reasons (there always are).

I don't think an auditor has been formally appointed to the Company yet (there's no auditor appointed according to an ASIC search), so I think finalising the numbers remains a hurdle. And until that's done, moving forward significantly is unlikely.

I don't think I've ever seen a balance sheet or set of numbers - and there's never been any accounts lodged with ASIC. So 2016 and 2017 are overdue and 2018 are now looming.

The biggest pointer toward any meaningful timeline will be some annual reports being completed and an AGM being convened. Once that's done, the timing might then become a bit better than a dart at the dart board.
