My immediate thought is "How could they get this far and get it so wrong?". This isn't a tweak to what has been spruiked for the last couple of years but a total re-write.
I have concerns about various bits of the business being shunted from one entity to another with prospects of as yet unspecified dilution in the case of at least the LEAF transaction. And the way the update is worded, shareholders will be asked to vote on this based on 16 month old financials which is unacceptable. Basic Corporate Governance would dictate that those voting get to do so with the benefit of recent (ie June 2018) audited figures AND an Investigating Accountant's Report.
Would be grateful if someone could get a copy of the Gage Information Memorandum and post it here. I can't find it on line. Nor for that matter can I find anything about LEAF Active Communities.
