That is true. I have been in for 6 years and I am absolutely desperate for cash, I am in too many IPOs which all take much longer to list than their first estimate. I do have to sell some SterlingFirst ASAP to survive. I did have to volunteer to escrow 50% of my SterlingFirst shares, I don't know if that will be enforced.
