We can advise that certain parts of the business are moving ahead tremendously, whilst the various royal commissions and enquiries have led to increased and complex regulations which has caused a slowdown in the seniors housing business causing us to rethink how best to maximise shareholder value.
To this end, we are moving to list the part of the business moving ahead rapidly, namely the property management and funds management operations, with seniors housing to be listed separately. A full report for shareholders is currently being prepared and will be sent out in the next 7 days. A general meeting of shareholders will be held in October/November."
