As to why will listing happen this time, rnc was a reverse takeover and they struggled to get funding in place in time
According to management last 3 years accounts are in process of being audited, this financial year being audit revised.
The board beleive this is ideal time for them to list, they are serious having met with asx, auditors now in place as I said previously, discussions underway with potential directors to strengthen the board and advisers with plan to meet brokers and listing asap.
