Assuming ewc do get the El Paso stake in Sengeng,
what net cash flow do you come up with on an annual basis on this asset alone?

At present their m/c sits aroung 35mil.
Hence they appear reasonable value ex Mx Hx.

They were darlings of the market for a brief period
8-9 years ago before Analysts called their bluff. Since then they have a token office, nil website and are hard to catch.

leads me into the notion of a 'turn around story'.
I get the feeling they will soon be doing the rounds of b/firms to sell the story and quash the past bumblings.

I get a figure of ~15cents a share if they get full control of Sengeng.

Their other intentions have not been fully explained - but that's the way they have operated.

Assumuning the El paso goes through ( I assume it will - given std cht bank's support allbeit at a slighly higher price, the Filippino power station goes ahead and the 'so called inovatove technology' for small power plants does come off - what is your ~ valuation per share.

i bought a few more in the 4's because it now appears a little derisked then 3-4 years ago.
