It was a sneaky move when announcing Steve Baxters resignation as a director. I'm not even sure how that met disclosure requirements. Making an announcement and sneaking it in the bottom. Surely there should have been a separate director resignation announcement. I only realized with his Final Director's Interest Notice. My view is Mr Baxter is the only the company needed to keep. He has a track record in start ups, the IT space and big business. Mr Baxter leaving is another nail in the coffin.
