Resignation of MD is material. Ann was marked as "price sensitive" so selling based on prior knowledge would be an offence. I dont think it was the reason though. But does seem a huge coincidence.
Both holders still have an interest. Lind are still contractually obliged to provide funding. Though I have doubts on AGM approval and doubts that Lind will continue. La Jolla broke its deal with INT. It does happen. GGP unless it consolidates is not an attractive proposition for Lind.
As for Alimold, they still have con notes. So probably good risk management. A hedge against conslidation. Whilst still maintaining cheap exposure via the notes.
The timing points to either THE END or a recapitalisation. Deck clearing.
Eagles, GGP knew the IG vote because GGP insisted on proxies go through them. Not much you can do about that.
