A major component /reason the IG wanted a seat on the board was to get to the books and see exactly where the money has gone, a fair and reasonable ambition I would say, others would argue. Fair enough and as it turned out, a heap of Notes were converted at the stroke of midnight which stopped that happening, se la vie!

Appointing "an astute" newbie is exactly, absolutely exactly what the company does not want, in my honest opinion. Now, why they would not want some astute newbie, fresh ideas, greater knowledge I have absolutely no idea. :)

When I speak of fresh ideas and greater knowledge, I am talking specifically about someone from the US/Texas area with local knowledge. I have been communicating with a gentleman from the US for many month's now. He has over 40 years experience in many aspects of the US oil and Gas Industry and has sat on many boards. From getting his hands dirty in his early days to suiting up and dining with the most experienced and well paid professionals in the game, he has done it. He currently spends 90% of his time now putting together lease contracts! company transactions! divestures etc etc this is the type of experience I believe this company so desperately needs.

It's been 3 long years now since Frank signed on the dotted line ( below ). What have they achieved as opposed to what was promised ? Well, compared to the promises, zip ! And if you just look at current production, the discussion won't last to long now will it.

If that is not a case for fresh blood, new ideas, experience in this area I don't know what is. Someone asked, and not for the first time what has/is Porter and Oliver doing ? Good question. What have they done to get this company moving forward and increasing production.

This coming Tuesday will be exactly 12 month's since their appointment to the board and personally, I have no idea on what they have done, have not read anything they have scribed nor heard any of their ideas, plans etc etc.

It is time for a completely new slate and as EddieRobinson has stated " the rest of them should follow him out the door.
