Wouldn't that just be the ultimate kick in the teeth for all the GGP shareholders who PAID for those wells!!
IF that were to happen, it would certainly open the door for a whole lot of legal action !! IMO
I for one, would want back every cent I have ever put into this company PLUS compensation !!
