no, he is no expert, jut a nobody, who is making a load of money, playing on the fears that the young ones want to hear...and he gets a stack of cash, for all his interviews etc
but puuulllease...
keep listening to him...
he has such a great track record....
4 years later, and no...there were no 40% drops across the board, all median cities aus wide...
in fact it was the opposite, there were some huge gains...
I say he was forced to sell the unit, thru divorce...but pretended he was putting his money were his mouth was
another typical angry old bloke....he was probably sharing a house, or living with his mum, most of his life...
he only bought the unit with his partner, just 2 years earlier...
and it was only in the fhb market range...not like he was a very successful economist...
I suggest he was a renter at heart, would never buy on his own accord, his partner persuaded him to become an owner
like a lot of them do, in order to nest....then it all fell over in a very short time....
and you guys admire his resilience....of which he has none...
you will need a lot of luck...thats all you have, on your side, by listening to a loser
