Why do you all get so upset over the opinions of one person?
He's not responsible for what's happening, he's simply giving reasons for the current demise of real estate and seems qualified to do that as a professor in economics.
Surely what's important for those still holding properties is how much worse can it get, how long can it last and can I afford to hold or should I sell.
It's just like holding shares as the price falls, when hope keeps you from selling, although you knew when to get out but wanted 'all' the profit, not 80%.
Maybe that's why you get so angry with people like Professor Keen, because you know he makes a lot of sense and it's starting to hurt?
