The only nut jobs are the politicians that have allowed this mother of bubbles to expand to the point that when it pops it will wipe 70% of the borrowers out.
Stupid states governments were giving out 35G to first home borrowers when units were in our area 45oG off the plan in 2010 the same unit now they are asking 880G but no first home grants now.
