so the board told him on May 31st that he was being pushed but then they were shocked and didn't have a reason for his resignation??
come on !!! how stupid do they think people are?
I'm wondering if the transition story to a US based CEO wasn't just a damage control strategy to manage the fall out from this.
I'd love to see proof that this was actually on the cards already. maybe a question to ask Stu if today PR goes ahead.
