An beyond excellent acquisition (99% PUD) is in in fact inline with exactly what you are referring to.. there has been some reference to the fact that ggp have acquired an excellent deal...
still waiting finalisation of pb deal but the fact they are no longer trading would be nothing less than a huge indication that they are struggling, no??
