I disagree, the judiciary judging armed robbers brought before them should be shackled, not unshackled, by legislation forcing them to jail, and forcing them to deny bail, to alleged armed robbers.
All armed robbers and accomplices are potential murderers.
They should not be arrested then released after committing armed robberies once or twice, 3 or 4 times, whatever, until years later the first case is prosecuted. If the prosecutor can't get their act together they suffer, not the community at large.
