Steven Xiao was nabbed in Hong Kong in January this year.
This dude (before absconding - and IMO China very keen to nurse his high blood pressure for a year to not send him off on the 1st flight out of Shanghai for Sydney) previously said something quite explosive about the role of Hanlong (perhaps lots more goodies) and that he was innocent.
9 months later the HK authorities allowed for extradition (I can't see how the HK government could have declined the request but for them to have taken 9 months to agree it's sound very odd
It could take a further few months yet for Xiao to actually arrive here to be tried in court (early next year).
