Must confess the prices people are paying for apartments in exclusive areas in Perth would scare me to death. The price for units in Leighton Beach are going at ridiculous prices. To me I would be scared buying something that has limited land content, admittedly awesome locations, but the downside potential or the potentially limited buyers pool for such property makes it seem risky to me - but then these folks are in a league of their own. Maybe they all owned FMG when it was 16c?
