sth african minning tax - impact on ccc?

Thats all we need now, CCC another headwind! I was reading last night SA Minning Tax... hope Europeans get their act together, who knows how low CCC, below 9 cents,,,,I am worried.....
Unfortunately we at the mercy of the volatile markets, as long as CCC does not suprise us with debt issues, CCC should survive and hope in few years when it has a couple of descent mines can prosper...
Not buying even at these levels -90% down not happy..
