As I said before, be careful with this one, there is a core shareholder group selling, anything over 8c from the old West Oil days is fair game.
Think about this 100% rise in sp., it has been very easily manipulated, illiquid stocks always are.
One thing to consider here, is, their technology is specifically banned in Europe
