There was an article somewhere that gave a lot of info, can't locate it again. The gist of the article from memory was

plant replacement cost is 20 million.
STI get the plant for a very small amount up front.
The purchase of the plant comes with forward orders.
Creditors of the previous plant owner receive a percentage of the plant profits after the first 12 months.

Please don't hold me to the detail, going from memory.

It did appear to be a great value opportunity for STI.
