as i recall long ago
the acquisition of a plant in Canada,,
in my view was not real transaction,,
you could see the photo of the plant was maded from a design programms..
lots to be answered by
the directors
the members
the marketing relations
the liquidators
ASX
ASIC
seems to be lacking of legal actions..
yet seems a well connected group under the village grill in double pay..
ASIC should wake up and take strong actions,, and stop listening to bed time stories
