    Well if you're submitting a list of issues to ASIC, maybe ask to investigate why there have been no 'Form 604 Notice of change of interests of substantial holder' forms issued since 2009. I'm pretty sure this isn't legal (though would be great if someone could clarify), as allows large holders to sell down quietly - which seems to be exactly what happened..
