    The other is:

    We may not be able to recover money/assets but legal action may be able to prevent a certain individual to be a director of any company in the future and repeat this (apparently again and again) and prevent potential asset stripping during the VA process

    And if ASIC finds that certain individuals/board of STI have questions to answer that is no cost to us.
