Food security is a massive issue for China. In Australia, we don't appreciate it because its plentiful and relatively cheap & safe.

In Australia - we worry about free range or cage eggs... over in China - you worry about whether its fake eggs or its gone bad or reasonably fresh from overseas or from Chinese farmer... once you work that out, then you gotta ask if you want pay this price or not.
