The good news ! Food and safety is preferred by everyone is'nt it? Keep on sailing BKL and BAL.

    From BAL;-
China has given companies until January 1, 2018 to adhere to the new rules, which are part of the country's revision of its food safety laws. In the meantime, they can continue to sell formula through cross-border e-commerce channels without certification.
Ms McBain said the lead time was longer than that given for past regulatory changes. Previously, Chinese authorities gave companies six to 12 months to adhere to new rules.

"We have demonstrated consistently that we can meet those expectations," Ms McBain said.
"We have a strong and committed team on the ground in China to meet the regulatory framework."

    From BKL;-
Blackmores chief executive Christine Holgate has urged investors to be patient, saying China still presents a "fantastic" opportunity for Australian companies.
"In all honesty there are regulations almost every week," Ms Holgate said.
"But for some reason these particular regulations were talking about an approved list of products in the free trade zone.
"An analyst wrote a note saying it created risk and uncertainty. My honest view is this is a fantastic step forward .. because it shows the chinese government believes in the free trade zone. This is the biggest opportunity. And just because one person writes there are risk, there isn't."

"It takes time and things go wrong. But this is truly the land of opportunity. This is a place where dreams are made of."
