Thats a fair point Philarmonic, however, it would seem that many of the projects MS is working are all "linked" in some way. So in order to proceed with one project, requires certain conditions/deals are finalised with another.

So I dont think it is possible to just go full steam ahead with Matanda for example, before the other projects negotiations are complete.

Like i've said before, i dont mind this part of the process taking a little extra times, it should facilitate smooth progress one done.

Might i also add, timeframes/circumstances can change quickly, so lets not count our "news chickens" until they hatch!
