Have been watching DCN like a hawk for the last week or so.

Finally decided to place an order today once I saw the volume & price movement this afternoon and alas, order unable to be processed by E*Trade.

I ring E*Trade and the gentleman tells me DCN does not exist. I say: I'm sure it does, the company name is Dacian Gold Limited. 'Oh,' he replies, 'we haven't updated that in our system yet for our Margin Loan customers - it was only listed on the 14th November. Thanks for letting us know.'

Although this is not the first time they have caused me problems & lost profits, I just can't believe the utter ineptitude! I have had it with E*Trade! Any suggestions for an alternative?
