    Isn't he entitled to an opinion - you need investors who are not already shareholders to buy shares. Those investors will (one would hope) evaluate what it is (e.g. YOJ) they are considering buying. Some will see overvalued stock and some will see undervalued stock.

    Price is what you pay. Value is what you get. When you receive that value is the question. Right now - no way YOJ is a business that can produce earnings to substantiate its Enterprise Value (but then neither did Amazon in the beginning). The bet is YOJ grows into its value proposition and with growth that accelerates revenue and earnings the stock will appreciate and the trading multiples come down and shareholders are winners.

    Slow growth and @David1976 is correct - grossly overvalued.
