My point was why does he need to be a shareholder to care about the share price and therefore the value of the company. He is entitled to an opinion and HC doesn't require a poster to hold a stock to opine about it.
And you are entitled to feel grossly entitled to ask him why he cares. But why should we care?
Why do I care? I don't. David's opinion is just that - an opinion. Like yours and mine. Equally entitled to be expressed.
Who said anything about an exact science by the way. Companies are ALWAYS valued on their earnings - for some this takes a long time to occur. But in the end how else do you propose the company repay its shareholders for the capital invested???
