I love how so many people want to talk about valuation of companies and companies being over valued. Every major tech company has been and some still are overvalued so why hold them?
Why are hedge funds holding Tesla, Facebook, Uber? Potential, very very big potential, they all trade at massive over valued prices, Uber doesn’t even turn a profit and hasn’t since it started.
As I have said from the start it’s not today’s value I or we should care about it’s about 1-5 years from now. If you don’t have a set to hold these type of companies stay out and go buy some ETF’s, but no need to downramp or trash a company that has very good potential.
Yes it’s risky, but don’t put the house on it, be prepared that you could lose it all and just sit back and wait.
