"Also I feel the board has done a great job but at this AGM they need a message sent that they cannot steamroll shareholders."

This statement sums up my feelings to a "T". I would only add tha i am on the side of the no voters that over the next year or two the SP must be put to the to of Managements agenda. We can not afford another year of slow and steady in relation to the SP!
