    This current placement & rights may be a good thing, Pattersons are good backers when they get cheap entry into stocks, eg:BLR, RMI, CVI etc.. come to mind, see what they can do with ORP, they will ahve to move it a fair bit to get rid of there 10mil + the underwritten stock they get
