Sticking Point

Wondering, (yes still).
If as I have said previously "many finkers in the pie" are we having hardball negotiations from these others, Early1 do you know what hold/interest they (as in (c) below) may have over the SPM dirt?
While (d) most likely may not come into play has anyone else any knowledge or thoughts on (c) below.

As for the excuse of language barriers for me it does not wash, SPII/SPM's legal eagles most likely have uni degrees from where they use the Queens English or the good old USA, may have even been where they speak Australian.
